You can make the product Document Manager or a different purchased solution available to a colleague or to yourself, if you have Administrator rights on the FLOW Portal. If you don't have administrator rights, please refer to a colleague or superior who does, to perform this action for you.
Please follow these steps:
1) Log into the FLOW Portal.
2) Click the icon at the top right to go to the Administration ("Administratie") page, and click the tile "Users" ("Gebruikers"):
3) At the end of the line of the user you want to grant access to the product (that can be you, if you already have Portal admin rights, but not for this product), choose "Change user" ("Wijzig gebruiker") from the three-dots-menu:
4) Choose one of the available roles that grant access to the product (NOT "None" ("Geen")):
5) Click "Save".
* New products can be purchased through "Solutions" - "Available solutions" ("Oplossingen" - "Beschikbare oplossingen")
